Job Overview :
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely support and solutions through calls, chats, and emails. What will you do :
- Process client requests and solve issues via inbound phone call, live chat and email by navigating multiple programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail.
- Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed via CRM tools.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
