About the job Customer Service Executive - Mandarin Speaker - Johor Baharu
Job Overview :
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing & Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.
What you will do :
- Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service issues.
- Provide accurate product / service information and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
What makes you a good fit :
Minimum age 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing) and English.Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (24 / 7 support).Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitaskAble to work 5.5 days per weekAble to work on rotational shifts (24-hour coverage)Able to work on public holidays and weekends.What we offer :
