Overview
To provide a full spectrum of HR functions and general and office administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update and maintain staff employee database (personal file and in the system).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including job posting, screening, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, job offers, staff orientation, induction programmes and exit interviews.
- Liaise with government bodies (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
- Implement Human Resource policies, Company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Respond to employees' queries and requests, providing assistance and advice pertaining to HR issues, and Company rules and regulations.
- Assist in other Human Resources and Admin functions and staff activities as required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 3-5 years of working experience in HR and payroll; familiar with statutory government bodies requirements.Good interpersonal skills with strong written and spoken English.Hands-on, able to work independently with minimal supervision; mature, reliable, organised, result oriented with a positive work attitude and ability to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and related statutory requirements.Experience with Infotech systems will be an added advantage.Immediate availability would be an added advantage.Job Insights
