HR / Admin Officer

Overview

To provide a full spectrum of HR functions and general and office administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update and maintain staff employee database (personal file and in the system).
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including job posting, screening, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, job offers, staff orientation, induction programmes and exit interviews.
• Liaise with government bodies (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
• Implement Human Resource policies, Company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Respond to employees' queries and requests, providing assistance and advice pertaining to HR issues, and Company rules and regulations.
• Assist in other Human Resources and Admin functions and staff activities as required.
