Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Responsible for the overall administrative and operational matters of the department.
  • Coordinating and preparing sales documentations and order processing.
  • Liaising with Planning / Production / Delivery Sections on the stock availability to ensure on time delivery.
  • Liaising with customers on payment matters and other office administrative functions.
  • Updating customers' database.
  • Attending and providing prompt feedback to customers' inquiries.
  • Ensuring timely submission of all reports that require by the management / superior on regular or ad-hoc basis.
  • Supporting sales personnel on daily sales related coordination, internally and externally.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate all periodically sales meeting and special project meeting that assigned by the superior.

Education & Experience (Preferred)

  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma of any field.
  • Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)

  • PC literate, team player and initiative.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and result-oriented.
  • Good communication skills. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Required skill(s) : MS Office & Autocount.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin , English.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
