Job description and responsibilities for the role of Assistant Manager, Fund Administration, Trustee Depositary Fiduciary Services M / F. This position involves managing quality Fund Risk Management Support activities delivered to clients, meeting deadlines, and supporting multiple locations and clients with funds distributed in Continental Europe. The Supervisor will need experience related to risks in daily Fund Risk Management Support and provide support to the team on production tasks, training and people development.
What will you do?
Responsible for the quality of the Client Portfolio Compliance activities delivered to clients and respect of the deadlines. This function has an impact on multiple locations and clients having funds distributed in Continental Europe.Manage specific risks related to the daily Client Portfolio Compliance activity.Provide support to the team on production related tasks, training and people development.Actively participate in internal discussions, forums or meetings, in collaboration with the business stakeholders.Support team members in their career development and growth.Be accountable for the operational performance of the team through task allocation and controls; ensure compliance with Global and Local Rules & Procedures.Oversee permanent training and implementation of the training plan for the team.Breaches classification and communication : determine if an exception is a breach and provide details to CPC SME to assist review and validation.Maintain strong technical and financial knowledge of risk management, investment strategies, regulatory framework (UCITS Directives, ESMA guidelines, European national laws applicable to UCIs) and best market practices in continental Europe.Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial products and derivatives instruments; expertise in financial instrument eligibility analysis (target funds, structured products, index, etc.).Maintain knowledge of cross-location operations, systems and IT environment; ensure compliance with Rules & Procedures.Raise awareness of production and people risk within the team.Record comments on analyses and investigations in the system (ALTO).Assist team members with open breaches and review action logs, KPI ratings, and contribute to improvement plans.Communicate explanations and commentary to the oversight team as needed.Implement and monitor the training plan for the team; provide support when issues arise and collaborate with onshore and regulatory requirements.Supplementary Information

Minimal education level : Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality : Bachelor Degree
Level of minimal experience : 3-5 years
Experience : 5 - 6 years in related field
