Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the day-to-day platform management to ensure optimal performance across all platforms.
- Support campaigns across all platforms in alignment with the brand's overall business objectives, including profit margin.
- Plan and execute affiliate marketing to drive brand awareness and revenue while maintaining healthy and sustainable profit margins.
- Oversee the execution of livestream sessions to ensure operational excellence.
- Responsible for overseeing and assisting in managing product listings to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms.
- Oversee order management to ensure timely order fulfilment and assist when necessary.
- Oversee and assist in handling customer enquiries and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long term customer royalty.
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis and reporting on performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Propose actionable improvement plans based on data insights to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Contribute to the activation of brand content and presence across all platforms.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of dynamic social media content in alignment with the brand's marketing goals.
- Assist in the implementation of customer retention strategies to drive repeat purchases and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into key actions.
- To assist superior and take up ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
