Regional E-Commerce Specialist
Job Summary
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is responsible to drive online sales growth across Southeast Asia. This role manages and optimizes e-commerce operations, executing regional campaigns and collaborating with local market teams to achieve revenue objectives
Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations :
- Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e
g. Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok).
Monitor product listings, inventory and content are accurate and up to date across platformsManage where to buy listings on brand websites to ensure consumers are directed to the correctonline and offline store options.
Campaign Management :
Plan and execute regional online campaigns (emega online sales days, product launches).
Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches inalignment with regional marketing plans.
Liaise with marketing team to deliver compelling campaign assetsPerformance Analytics :
Monitor and analyze KPls such as trafficconversion, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics
Produce e-commerce performance dashboard and generate reports with actionable insights to drivecontinuous improvement.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarkingRecommend strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.Stakeholder Coordination :
Work closely with regional and country team members to optimize brand and product visibility one-commerce platforms
Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance and addressoperational issues.
Ensure alignment of e-commerce strategy with broader regional business goalsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce or a related fieldyears of e-commerce experience, ideally managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.Proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (eg., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI)
Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer trendsExcellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
