  • Develop and implement the IT strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global objectives.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and global IT policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business technology needs.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service agreements effectively.
  • Drive technology-driven transformation initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the technology team, fostering a culture of excellence.

    • The Successful Applicant

    • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing large-scale projects.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
    • Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in IT management.
