Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least SPM Preferably candidate with at list 2 years of working experience in the related field Able to read, understand and work with steel engineering and assembly drawings Well organized, highly responsible and reliable in carrying out the daily tasks and duties Able to conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia Required skills in MS Words and MS Excel Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and overtime if requires
Responsibilities
- Conduct QC inspection and records of incoming, work in process and finished products quality in accordance to product specifications (Checklist)
- Prepare QC inspection, follow up and report of the rejected or returned defect products (GRN & Defect Reports)
- Document and segregate non-confirming fabricated product & Monitor Customer Complain (NCR & CC)
- Monitor & Ensure Checklist from QC Inspectors are filled in Project Folders and were submitted weekly (Orange Folder)
- Make use of Server, to store both Project Photos & Documentations as per company procedure
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and comply CPSI requirements in the final product inspection
- Ensure incoming product is received and managed appropriately according to company procedure (DO & PO)
- Ensure materials are ready and labelled before delivery, make sure Packing List & Finished Goods Checklist are tallied (FG Checklist)
