Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and GMV targets. Manage and grow key accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and other retail partners. Conduct regular business reviews with retailers to identify growth opportunities. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer data to improve channel performance.

Business Development

  • Ensuring visibility investments & ROI.
  • Work closely with design, content, and digital teams to develop sales activation
  • Finding and opening opportunities across all channels in the country.
  • Ensuring profitable trade terms and optimize investments.
  • Establish good administration as a foundation for business growth.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Oversee product availability and timely delivery to retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order fulfilment.
  • Ensuring stock availability at stores.
  • Working together with supply chain to improve service level.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and mentor team members and able to collaborate cross-function.
  • Drive a performance-based culture with a focus on accountability and KPIs.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry.
  • Strong network and working relationship with Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and similar retail partners.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and manage key accounts.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and retail logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
