About Us

We are a large corporate entity with multiple businesses in property development, property management of malls, offices and event spaces and retail and entertainment management. We currently operate a state-of-the art centre with multiple spaces including spaces for corporate meetings, conferences and events.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead business development, marketing and publicity for our Centre. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for building the corporate business, shaping brand strategy, driving business growth within the MICE space, and ensuring impactful marketing and promotion of the events and spaces. This role is perfect for someone with broad experience and deep networks within the corporate MICE markets, strong planning and organisational skills, creative vision, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to position our Centre as a premier destination for MICE.
• Build the corporate MICE business for the Centre through leveraging your broad experience and deep networks.
• Lead and manage marketing and brand messaging across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, media, influencers, and community partners.
• Set and manage the marketing and BD budget, meet agreed KPIs and targets and provide analysis and reports on performance and ROI.
