Oversee the management of
business accounts
and
personal accounts
(owner's or related personal finance) with precision and honesty. Maintain comprehensive accounting records, including
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),
and
General Ledger (GL) . Conduct monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and conduct financial analyses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring. Assist with payroll administration, tax submissions, EPF / SOCSO / EIS compliance, and vendor disbursements. Keep orderly records (both electronic and paper), invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Help with audit preparations and address any financial inquiries.
