Role Summary
The GTM Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate product success and deliver strong business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic GTM Framework : Build and institutionalize a go-to-market system that ensures seamless product launches, market readiness, and long-term competitiveness.
- Consumer & Market Orientation : Translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and market dynamics into differentiated positioning and impactful GTM strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of GTM initiatives.
- Commercial Impact : Drive strategies that not only capture market share but also strengthen brand equity and profitability across categories.
- Resource Planning & Optimization : Manage GTM budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Team Leadership & Development : Guide and mentor team members to adopt a holistic, business-oriented perspective, fostering strategic thinking and execution excellence.
- Performance Management : Define KPIs for GTM success, monitor outcomes, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Business Influence : Act as a trusted advisor in management discussions, shaping product and channel decisions with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.5+ years of relevant experience in GTM strategy or product marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology sector.Proven track record of designing and executing GTM strategies that achieve measurable commercial success.Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect market insights to business outcomes.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging senior leaders.Highly adaptable, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.What we offer
