The HR cum admin executive reports directly to the director of Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre. He / she will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure efficient service delivery, whilst driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing all branches' operational processes and resources, and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing, safety standards, and SOP adherence, as well as implementing strategies to retain a motivated workforce.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, HR, Marketing, or Business Management.Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Additional credit for Mandarin-speaking candidates.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.Own transportation.About the company : Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre is a leading 1-stop therapy centre for children with special needs, providing professional individual and group speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and intervention programs.
