Primary Purpose and Function : -
Responsible for daily online store operation management and platform connection affiliated with online sales and operation, marketing plan and data analysis. In-charge of membership related activities and data processing.
Duties and Responsibilities : -
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing department including marketing database, email, and advertising campaign display;
- Responsible for online store operation and maintenance, development, management, event planning, event registration, optimization, etc. Handle online store sales and strive for traffic flow and activity resources from third-party platforms;
- Achieve sales target based on company's strategic planning and marketing promotion plans;
- Plan for product supply list and online information. Optimize product keywords, inventory and product lines and fine-tune the business direction according to actual conditions;
- Monitor marketing data, transaction data, product management, customer management in daily basis. Provide online marketing product basis by categorising best seller and product analysis of online consumer;
- Develop and execute promotion budget, monitor and control department expenses. Gather and organise relevant promotion data, analyse various promotion channels and promotional activities result, and make adjustments accordingly. Plan and propose promotion and event planning execution plans;
- Act as a connection bridge with internal and external parties to ensure smooth cooperation;
- Formulate, plan, research and propose e-commerce policy and update from time to time;
- Monitor monthly membership activities plans, active memberships plans, analysis of activities results, and increase repurchase rate;
- Responsible for marketing SMS by Customer Relation Management software, daily plans to maintain new and current customers and promotion activities plan;
- Collect and analyse membership data, discover problems through the data and propose solutions;
- Responsible to improve membership satisfactions, in charge for stars rating of online stores and maintenance.
