This role plays a key part in enhancing client experience, empowering teams, and optimizing digital channels to elevate performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for training, marketing, and digital engagement.
- Design and implement impactful training programs and career development frameworks.
- Oversee client events, workshops, and seminars to boost engagement.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage digital platforms to increase product take-up and client interaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and manage budgets across initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.8–10 years of experience in training, marketing, and digital strategy.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Experience with digital platforms and performance analytics.Certifications such as CFP or ABS-WMP are a plus.Passion for innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
