Penerangan pekerjaanTroubleshoot and resolve software, application, and configuration issues. Coordinate with vendors or developers for website upgrades or fixes. Guide users in proper usage of systems and software tools. Implement system enhancements, integrations, and updates. Test and deploy new features or applications in line with IT best practices. Malaysian citizen only Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred. Experience with software installation, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with database systems, website CMS, and cloud platforms. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and access controls. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems & Applications Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for researching, installing, configuring, and maintaining company software systems, web platforms, and business applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Software & System Setup
Source, evaluate, and recommend software solutions based on business requirements.
- Install, configure, and test software applications and system components.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance, usage, and security alerts.
Maintain logs and documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
Website & Online Platform Management
Maintain and update company website content and backend configuration.
Monitor website performance, uptime, and security.
User Support & Training
Provide 2nd-level support for software and applications after hardware troubleshooting.
Prepare user manuals or quick guides for internal applications.
System Enhancement & Projects
Work with management to identify areas for digital improvement.
Requirements
