The Senior Executive, Technical and Facilities is responsible for managing and maintaining all facilities and refurbishment of assigned properties to ensure smooth operations, efficient, safe, and conducive working environment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that involve managing office building resources, facilities maintenance, vendor and contractor liaison, maintaining workplace safety, and ensuring a well-functioning and cost-efficient work environment. The responsibilities include :
- Electrical installations and power consumption
- Air conditioning systems
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
- Fire protection systems
- Security and safety systems
- Air compressor systems
- Office furniture and carpentry
- Generator sets
- Structural and civil works
- Environmental health and safety
- Renovation projects
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field. A valid A4 or higher Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga would be advantageous.Minimum 3 years of related working experience in facilities management, specializing in property maintenance, M&E equipment, air-conditioning, genset, plumbing and sanitary, air compressor, fire protection, building automation, green building, electronics, software programming, contracts, and customer services.Well-versed with laws and regulations governing buildings, health and safety, as well as relevant certifications.Candidate is able to travel to various property sites and is available to respond to emergency situations or critical activities out of office hours.Have good communication, people, and project management, customer service, negotiation, inter-personal and presentation skills, with a strong ability to work with all levels of staff and various stakeholders.Competency in MS Office, relevant software applications, and customer feedback ticketing system.Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in other languages such as Mandarin is added advantage.Candidate must be result oriented, customer focus, have strong initiative, tenacity, commitment to ethical practices with good time management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
