Outlets Manager

Overview

Manage at least 3 Mixue Ice Cream & Tea outlets in the Klang Valley.

Oversee daily operations and manage team members, providing guidance and support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and addressing complaints promptly.

Plan and manage outlets staff force, prepare weekly work schedule and ensure sufficient man power to ensure smooth operation and outlet is being run at optimised level.

Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and place orders as needed.

Manage outlet P&L, including sales, COGS, staff costing, utilities expenses, petty cash and misc expenses responsibly to ensure no wastage, no over spending and reasonable budget allocation monthly.

Ensure that the outlet adheres to brand principal SOP, health and safety regulations and company policies / SOP.

Hands on in serving customers, participating actively, proactively to ensure seamless outlet operation.

Work at the assigned outlets, following shifts arranged by the Senior Operation Executive or Operation Director.
