Asia Pacific Technical Sales Lead

Overview

Asia Pacific Technical Sales Lead at Siemens Energy. You will expand the sales of the SGT-A05 gas turbine (4-6 MW) across South East Asia, South Asia and the Middle East regions. This role works with the global SGT-A05 sales team and regional teams for both new unit and service opportunities. These regions have traditionally been dominated by Solar Turbines and Kawasaki, so you will identify opportunities and drive business growth. The SGT-A05 business operates through an external Packager and Maintenance network, offering opportunities to develop relationships with partners. We are headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, USA and international travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and potential customers to gain both service and new unit business
• Advise on pricing to achieve the highest margin for the products in the SE Asia, South Asia and ME regions
• Take full responsibility to deliver the sale for SGT-A05 products, including : offers to customers, scheduling and project management of delivery, commercial discussions and negotiation, customer satisfaction and project closeout
• Potential to develop a Packager in the region to expand the SGT-A05 business
• Attend conferences and call on customers as needed to expand the business
