Production Executive

Job Description

• Ensure customers receive all necessary information and support.
• Lead and manage production staff by setting clear job expectations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and guidance, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance team capability and personal growth.
• Oversee daily workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and implement the Production Department’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to improve quality, operations, and overall performance.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labor and equipment, to meet production targets within budget and schedule.
• Conduct regular meetings with production teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective output.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality.
