Responsibilities

• Technical Support and Maintenance : Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for data science / AI development, software development, and production environments.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Services Manager and engineering teams to monitor systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions while adhering to cost-efficiency and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in maintaining automation and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency and incident response times.
• Work collaboratively across teams to promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and support professional growth, including actively pursuing and maintaining relevant technical certifications.
