Responsibilities

Handle technical issues of customers regarding Alibaba Cloud and provide technical solutions.
According to the project requirements and in line with the service Statement of Work (SOW), provide delivery and implementation work, and assist customers in cloud migration.
Complete the project-related work arranged by the technical manager on time and ensure the quality of completion.
Have a certain ability to analyze difficult problems and be able to follow up on the progress of problem-solving until the problems are solved.
Summarize the usage situation of customers and update the documents in a timely manner for new problems.
Improve the work efficiency of the team and contribute to improvements through automated tools.

Qualifications

Have a bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or related majors, with 1 to 3+ years of experience in using and developing cloud platforms.

In-depth understanding of the Linux system, mastery of Linux system commands, and understanding of operation and maintenance architecture.

Solid computer foundation and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go or Python.

Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g., Kubernetes and Docker) will be given priority.

Familiar with common services such as NTP, YUM, DNS, firewall and related technologies.

Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly, with good technical sensitivity and risk identification ability.

Good at summarizing and have strong document management skills.
