Responsible for data collection, organization, entry, and the development of reports and dashboards.

Data Analysis

Summarize and organize data from marketing and business activities, understand business requirements, and independently create reports using Excel or BI tools.

Report Maintenance

Maintain and update report formats and templates, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement in report quality.

Reporting Development

Develop new reporting requirements utilizing Excel or BI tools to meet business needs.

Requirements

Software Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excel Competence

Familiar with common Excel functions and proficient in its usage.

Data Analytics Experience

Experience in data analytics and visualization software such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc., with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information accurately.

Business Acumen

Excellent understanding of business processes and clear comprehension of BI data product usage scenarios and applications, including familiarity with chart usage.

Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese is preferred, as the role requires interaction with Hong Kong clients.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of SQL is essential; familiarity with Python is preferred.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Availability

Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice are preferred.
