Warehouse Shift Manager - Sortation Centre, SPX Xpress (Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations - sortation warehouse management, and worker / shift management
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
• Manage multiple stakeholders – coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams to run smoothly
• Ensure that the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting problem solving and employee coaching / training skills wherever required
• Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
• Report any issues that arise during the shift to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards
• Carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output & attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
