Training in mandarin. Familiar with store operations and sales management. Sales-driven. Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership. Proven organisational skills, strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity Ability to challenge and influence operational processes Mid-Senior level Full-time Sales and Business Development Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Retail Apparel and Fashion
Compensation
Earn Basic + Fix Allowances + Commission + Incentive = total from RM5K-11K depending on sales achievement!
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for store operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
- Manage product assortment and inventory, monitor replenishment and transfers to ensure optimal stock levels;
- Control store operating expenses, analyze performance data, and ensure the implementation of retail standards;
- Manage daily store operations, lead and train staff to build morale and team cohesion;
- Maintain store image and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
