Job Description :
- To handle, arrange, coordinate, and monitor all shipping / export and import documentation and shipment related matters for export and import from Malaysia and Singapore.
- To liaise with customers, operations coordinators, related government agencies and other relevant parties on all shipping matters.
- Providing customers with information regarding custom form status and approval.
- Arrange, coordinate and monitor all shipping document and shipment related matter to ensure fulfill customs requirement.
- Conduct checks on shipments at the warehouse to validate accuracy, compliance, and readiness for export / import.
- Advise operations team regarding customs related matters and updates.
- To support any ad hoc duties and other operations-related responsibilities when required.
- Adheres to the Company's Compliance & Corporate Policies & procedures.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma holder with relevant course studies in Logistics, Supply Chain and / or another similar area.At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative roles, shipping / trading / import & export (Preferably in Logistics).Experience about customs documentation (K1 / K2 / K8) and Singapore Cargo Clearance Permit.Basic knowledge of customs requirements is an added advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).Require language (Spoken & written) : English and Bahasa MalaysiaStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Highly motivated and able to work independently.Perks & Benefits
