Project and Operations Executive

We are seeking a Project and Operations Executive to join our team. As a startup, this role is crucial and will be the second in command, reporting directly to the management team. You will not only manage projects and operations but also provide oversight for our team. We need a highly organized and proactive individual who can seamlessly handle multiple projects, manage key operational tasks, and provide guidance to our employees.

A critical aspect of this role is the handling of highly confidential information, particularly project pricing, financial data, and sensitive employee information. You must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

• Manage and execute multiple digital transformation and IT support projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What We Offer :

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
