We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Operations Executive - Policy Servicing / Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)

Broking Operations (Policy Processing)

• The policy processing / servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients.
• The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, for the Hong Kong market, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters.
• They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments.
