SALES cum WORK FLOW COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

• To follow up the quotations.
• To build strong customer relationship.
• Monitor the incoming projects, monitor and assist to arrange the work flow at the workshop as well as to coordinate with all the departments to ensure a smooth flow of work till completion.
• To attend customer complaints.
• Liaise with the Technical & Quality department to improve technical know-how.
• Must be able to travel to Perlis, Kedah, Penang & Perak to visit and meet customers from time to time. Establishing new (if possible) and maintaining existing relationship with customers.
