Requirements :

Relevant Yrs. of experience 8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering global / regional IT capabilities

2-3 years of lead experience in managing technical delivery

Mandatory Skills :

• Should have good understanding on key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services, Customer Insight – Journey : Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules)
• Should be having good understanding on PowerApps, Power Automate flows

Requires a good hands-on D365 configuration and customizations.
