Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the company (accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance). The role supports strategic planning through accurate financial insights and ensures all financial operations align with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
The role requires the ability to analyze project and corporate financial performance, manage cash flow, monitor budget adherence, and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. The individual must also be capable of implementing internal controls and guiding financial decisions that support company growth.
Although experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry is not required, it would be an added advantage. The position calls for strong financial acumen, leadership ability, and hands‑on experience with accounting systems and project‑based financial tracking.
Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for both corporate and project levels.
- Manage cash flow, account reconciliation, and financial planning.
- Review, validate, and confirm the accuracy and timeliness of billing, collections, and vendor payments for planning, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
- Ensure execution of billing, collections, and vendor payments is carried out by the accounts / finance operations team, not as a direct responsibility.
- Monitor financial KPIs and prepare financial dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams on cost control and financial validation.
- Implement internal controls and financial compliance systems.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Report directly to the CEO and COO.
- Other related duties as assigned by CEO & COO.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, MIA) is an added advantage.Preferably with more than 7 years of experience, ideally in M&E industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent command of Excel and financial software (e.g., SQL, SAP, UBS).Experience with project-based financial monitoring is an advantage.High integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is an advantage.Seniority level
