職責

  • 協助招募工作，包括發布招聘廣告、安排面試和新員工入職
  • 維護和更新員工記錄（數位和實體）
  • 支援薪資和福利管理
  • 協調人力資源項目（會議、活動、訓練、調查等）
  • 回答員工對人力資源相關問題的詢問
  • 準備人力資源文件，例如僱傭合約、入職和離職、工作許可和簽證申請
  • 確保遵守所有法定和內部規章制度
  • 行政及其他：提供相關的行政支持，協助人力資源項目和計劃，符合集團人力資源的目標和指示，在需要時申請工作許可證 / 就業準證，在需要時承擔與人力資源和一般行政職責有關的任何臨時任務 / 項目

要求

  • 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位
  • 擁有 1-2 年人力資源支援職位經驗（優先考慮，但非必要）
  • 強大的組織和管理能力
  • 精通 Microsoft Office 和 HR 軟體（優先考慮，但非必要）
  • 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力
  • 能夠謹慎處理機密資訊
