We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer willl be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for supporting and developing our team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- HR Platform
- To assist with the HR platform with functions including but not limited to employee profile, leave, claims, purchase request and supplier claims;
- To assist with creating and upkeeping the HR platform guide and FAQs;
- To be able to conduct training on how to properly use the system
2. Recruitment
To manage and source for recruitment platforms for full time, part time, casual and internshipTo be responsible for the process of recruitment including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, interviews arrangement, conduct references check; etcTo coordinate all related processes for employee confirmation, resignation, handover process, exit interview, etcTo manage, source and attend career fairs which is relevant for vacancies to suit each office3. Training and Development
To prepare and implementing in-house training program for all staff which includes liaising with internal stakeholdersTo identify and coordinate external training & development programs for AUG employees including but not limited to the HRDF schemeTo assist with coordinating external familiarization trip (FAM trip) organized by University partner(s) on pre, during and post training4. Employee Handbook
To ongoingly review the Employee Handbook and ensure it is implemented by all staffTo provide recommendation as and when required so that the Employee Handbook remain current5. Any other related tasks as assigned.
