About the Role
You’ll be part of the team that supports new homeowners — ensuring units are handed over smoothly, defects are resolved quickly, and every customer receives the best service experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Vacant Possession (VP) preparation, including key handover and documentation
- Conduct basic unit checks (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning) before handover
- Liaise with contractors and project teams to ensure defects are rectified promptly
- Attend inspections with homeowners and assist with minor unit issues
- Track and update defect reports and ensure timely closure
- Maintain proper records, files, and communications with relevant teams
- Support other customer service activities as required
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder in any fieldAt least 2 years of experience in property, customer service, or maintenance coordinationGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of M&E works is an advantageTeam player with a pleasant personalityMandarin proficiency is a plusApply via DM or email
