Responsibilities
- Lead and guide overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (Rednote), and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan, review, and optimise weekly / monthly social media content calendars — ensuring engaging storytelling, brand consistency, and effective audience targeting.
- Strategically manage KOL / influencer collaborations, including identifying suitable partners, negotiating terms, briefing content requirements, and monitoring performance to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign metrics, social engagement data, and KOL performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Research and introduce new digital trends, creative formats, and emerging tools to enhance campaign impact and platform presence.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to integrate online strategies with offline activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Malaysian consumer behaviour, social media culture, and festival / event opportunities to localise content effectively.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or youth‑focused consumer brands.Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.Experience in managing and engaging WhatsApp communities to drive customer interaction, loyalty, and campaign participation.Strong understanding of social media content strategies, platform algorithms, and paid advertising optimisation.Hands‑on experience in influencer / KOL marketing, including campaign planning, negotiation, and performance tracking.Proficient in data analysis tools and social media analytics, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills.Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.Passionate about pop culture, creative content, and delivering high‑impact digital campaigns.What we offer
