About the Role

We are seeking a Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead / Manager to take ownership of the company's online business.

With a strong offline business presence, the company is now ready to rebuild its e-commerce and digital marketing division to strengthen its online brand presence and grow online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild and expand the company's e-commerce presence across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and the company's webstore.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversion leads.
  • Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and online campaigns to optimize engagement and boost sales conversion rates.
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance data to track conversion funnels, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a small internal e-commerce team as the business scales.

Who Were Looking For

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysias online retail platforms : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strategic yet hands-on capable of setting up and optimizing full e-commerce operations.
  • Experience in FMCG, herbal, or health-related industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
  • Language proficiency : Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English .
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

    公司在实体业务已有稳固基础，现在计划重建电商与数字营销部门，以增强线上品牌影响力并推动线上销售增长。

    主要职责

  • 重建并拓展公司在 Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop、Facebook、Instagram 及公司自有网店的电商业务。
  • 制定并执行数字营销策略，提升品牌知名度、网站流量及转化率。
  • 管理产品上架、促销活动、定价及线上营销活动，优化用户互动并提高销售转化率。
  • 监督电商运营全流程，确保客户从认知到购买的顺畅体验。
  • 与仓储及物流团队协调，确保订单高效执行及客户满意度。
  • 分析营销与销售数据，追踪转化漏斗，识别趋势并实施数据驱动的优化策略。
  • 随着业务发展，组建、培养并管理内部电商团队。

    • 任职要求

  • 拥有 5-8 年电商运营或数字营销实战经验。
  • 熟悉马来西亚主要线上零售平台：Shopee、Lazada、TikTok、Facebook 及 Instagram。
  • 具备战略思维并能亲自执行，能够建立和优化完整的电商运营体系。
  • 具有快速消费品（FMCG）、草本或健康相关行业经验者优先。
  • 优秀的分析能力、创造力及领导力。
  • 语言能力：能熟练使用华话、粤语及英语进行沟通。
  • 责任心强，具备高度主动性。
