Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Manage the full leasing cycle : prospecting, negotiations, tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to strengthen tenant mix and asset positioning.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements in compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare leasing reports, budgets and revenue forecasts, while implementing cost controls.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions : monitor rental collections, reconcile tenant accounts, issue reminders and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with Finance to track outstanding balances, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records.
