To plan and execute retail and leasing strategies so as to ensure the trade and tenancy mix which will maximise the Rental Revenues for all assets under Property Investment portfolio i.e. Atria, BPJ retail mall, Mori Park and any new retail projects.
To assist in the planning of a ten-year rent roll for each asset and forecast for the next ten years.
To monitor the tenancy list and follow up on renewal and negotiation with current tenants promptly.
To plan an action plan which will ensure the yield and occupancy rate for each asset are achieved as per KPI.
To be responsible in managing leasing approval processes, leasing documentations (Approval Memos, Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreement) and ensure that they are followed up with standard accuracy by the leasing team.
To ensure Tenant Relationship Management is actively followed.
To be able to conduct feasibility studies of retail projects or retailers / prospects for the spaces under discussion to enable decision making.
