Job Title : E-Commerce and Marketing Executive

Department : Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative E-Commerce and Marketing Executive to manage our company’s online sales channels and digital presence. The role involves handling daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth customer experience, and supporting digital marketing activities through engaging content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website.
  • Process orders, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth after-sales support.
  • Create content for e-commerce and social media (using Adobe, Canva, CapCut).
  • Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Support overall digital marketing and e-commerce activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Graphic, Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and social media.
  • Adequate knowledge in Adobe, Canva, or CapCut .
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
