In view of our expansion overseas, we are looking for people of the right caliber and experience for the following position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products, services & processes meet the company’s established quality standards and regulatory requirements, including implementing QC / QA procedures and programs.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop quality-process links with customers through quality plans, supplier quality assurance processes and the company’s management systems.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for checking the effectiveness of countermeasures in response to customer feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, documentation, and final products.
- Prepare and present quality reports to top management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain detailed quality records and reports, and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and address quality-related concerns.
- Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
At least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced / higher / graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree or equivalent.Min 1–3 years’ experience in QA / QC or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.Proficient in root cause analysis, documentation, and process validation.Sound knowledge in internal audit and handling customer complaints.Able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and system navigation (Microsoft Excel).Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Additional Information
