Job Summary

An executive-level position responsible for conducting investigations, surveillance operations, and enforcement activities while managing administrative functions of the Regional Enforcement Office. This role combines investigative responsibilities with operational coordination and administrative oversight.

Job Responsibilities

Investigation and Enforcement

  • Conduct investigations into communications and multimedia regulation violations
  • Execute surveillance operations under supervision
  • Participate in raid planning and execution
  • Collect and document evidence for cases
  • Prepare investigation reports and case files

Operational Management

  • Coordinate field operations logistics
  • Manage operational databases and intelligence records
  • Liaise with stakeholders for enforcement activities
  • Monitor and report on operational activities
  • Support crisis response operations

    • Administrative Oversight

  • Oversee office administrative functions
  • Manage operational documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate budget tracking and resource allocation
  • Process enforcement operation reports
  • Maintain regulatory compliance records

    • Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field with at least 3 months (additional technical certifications in digital forensics or cybercrime investigation preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years in law enforcement or regulatory enforcement, including experience in investigations and operations management
