About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the dynamic team at ForPro Formwork Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In this full-time, office-based role in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and transactions, ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documentation
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare monthly payroll for employees and workers
