Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives in the life science sector.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in Singapore.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve organizational performance.

A Successful HR Director Should Have

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the life science industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
