Job Overview We are seeking a proactive
Assistant Sales Manager
to drive strategic sales initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our presence in the savoury meat segment of the food ingredient industry.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
Stay informed on industry trends and provide technical support to clients and team.
Monitor sales performance and present reports to management.
Guide and coach junior team members to uphold professional standards.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in food ingredient sales with a proven track record.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of food ingredients and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
Relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Effective leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
