Penerangan pekerjaanHands-on expertise with a major ERP solution, preferably Infor LN. Knowledge of finance-related business operations systems and processes. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance operations.
- Provide hands-on support and expertise in implementing and maintaining the Infor LN ERP system.
- Lead or contribute to projects using established project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Develop and document functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ERP solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of system changes.
- Act as a liaison between the technology department and business units to align goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
