Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase.
- Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post-implementation support.
- Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with 2 years of insurance industry domain knowledge, specifically in insurance claims.Technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resources.Some project management-related experience, and able to assist PM with project management.Ability to travel to client sites based on project demands.Experience on D365 is an advantage.Seniority level
