Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

As a Finance Business Partner to a Global Operations Support Group, you will support the organization as follows :

• Drive for best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, installing financial rigor into project performance reviews, and driving accountability throughout the organization
• Support the Budget process and budget the necessary resources for the organization (headcount, capex, spends) while ensuring that resource allocation is optimized
• Review of organizational financial performance in PowerBI on a monthly cadence and direct management to cost opportunities and efficiencies
• Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to develop and implement new systems and processes such as PowerBI to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs
• Provide strategic decision-making analysis, scenarios and project-ROIs and benefit-analysis as required, propose alternatives, and make recommendations about the best course of action. Process includes post mortem & lookback for all ROIs
• Develop highly effective working relationships with members of the local and global Finance teams, the Global Operations team, as well as HR Business Partners
