Production Supervisor

Jobs Descriptions :

• Monitor and ensure daily production activities and processes align with the production schedule and output requirements.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities based on daily and weekly schedules, ensuring efficient task distribution among operators.
• Oversee and coach operators, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Check production output against planning schedules and customer orders to ensure compliance with delivery timelines.
• Ensure all orders meet their respective shipment dates, coordinating efforts to avoid delays.
• Identify production inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize processes and increase productivity.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards within the production area to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Resolve product quality issues by analyzing data, investigating problems, identifying solutions, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Strive for the highest output and productivity, minimizing downtime and rejection rates for dough, finished products, and packaging materials, ensuring that no work-in-progress (WIP) is kept overnight.
• Ability to discuss with planning team to amend production schedules based on demand and operational capacity.
• Ability to allocate resources, including labours and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
• Ability to generate and present production reports to upper management.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
